Colour

This image was taken in San Francisco and during our short stay there I saw plane writing 2000 in the sky. This shot makes it seem as though the building has a halo.

Hannovarisch-Münden is an exquisite town in mid Germany, near Goettingen. We had the misfortune to have a car breakdown here and the fortune to be given the chance to discover a place that looked as though it was straight out of a fairy tale.

Husum is a harbour town on the North Sea coast of Germany. I loved the juxtaposition of bow and village.

The woman in the image is Jessica Ljung, a Swedish Photographer who studied in Nova Scotia at the Art College the same time I was also there. We had just spent the day together along with fellow photographer and student Lori Cull and had returned the rental car. I loved the way what Jess is wearing seemed to match the image she was taking.
